5. Contests, Voting and Competitions

5.2 Your Submissions may also be subject to voting by Users as part of online competitions organised by us on the Site.
5.3 Users whose submissions receive high numbers of votes will be included in a short list (together with any other entries we deem to be of high quality irrespective of votes) from which the “winning entry or entries” shall be determined by us. Winning entires may in our discretion be selected by us to participate in, help organise or perform at events organised by us from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision in determining the winning entries in competitions will be ours.
5.4 If we do engage you to participate in or perform at any of such events or use your Submissions in any way at such events, any commercial arrangement between us will be governed by the terms of a new agreement outside the scope of these Terms and Conditions.
